OS Installation in VMware
Note - VMware is
commercial application and we are using trail version for this blog, for full
time we use Virtual Box and Hyper-V these applications are free.
1st Select Create a New Virtual Machine (Follow circles).
2nd Select Custom for more customization.
3rd
If you are going to install older version of OS you can in Hardware compatibility.
4th Select and add OS ISO (Image) file.
5th
Select Guest Operating System and Version.
6th Here you can change virtual machine name and virtual machine file location(if you don’t have space in C: drive) or keep it default.
7th Select Firmware Type Bios.
8th
Processor Configuration if your device has multiple processor you can change in
Number of processor and Number of cores also.
9th
Select RAM size as per your requirement.
10th
Select NAT for access internet in virtual machine.
12th You can select any Disk Type you want, but SCSI is recommended.
13th
Select Disk Create a new virtual disk.
14th
Select VM hard drive size as your requirement.
15th
You can change virtual machine file name.
16th
check one last time Configuration and you all done.
