When you one pre-install Laptop or Desktop you will see this screen 1^st. Select Language, Time and Currency format and Keyboard or input method, if you are confused keep it on default (Follow Picture) and select next.       

Then the window will ask you to accept license terms, it is compulsory to accept license terms, you cannot process for the next step until you accept terms (Click in the box I accept the license term).

Select Region or you keep it default.

Keyboard layout select English (india).

If you want you can add multiple keyboard layouts, but I suggest sticking with the regional keyboard layout where you buy a laptop or desktop. 

After Keyboard layout windows will ask you to how you like to set up? Basically, there is to ways to configure the user account, first is Personal use in this mode you have to set user account with your personal (Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail) email id, and second is for an organization use in this mode your IT administrator will connect your laptop with organization domain server. For now, we go with Set up for personal use. And please this step comes in windows 10 Pro. In Home and Education mode directly appear next screen. 

For set local user account select offline account.

Select Limited experience.

Choose privacy settings if you want to change you can this setting or keep it default. 

Select No.

Select Not now.

  Set up is done you will able to see welcome screen.
